At the Nepal Animal Welfare and Research Center (NAWRC), our Outreach Program is designed to engage and educate individuals of all ages about animal care, responsibility, safety, and bite prevention. Recognizing that awareness and education are key to fostering a compassionate and humane society, we have developed a comprehensive outreach initiative that extends to various segments of the community. Through this program, we aim to instill a sense of responsibility and empathy towards animals, emphasizing the importance of proper care and preventive measures to avoid negative interactions, such as animal bites.

Our educational efforts are wide-ranging and inclusive, with presentations delivered to schools, libraries, church groups, and community centers. By reaching out to diverse audiences, we ensure that our message of responsible pet ownership and animal welfare resonates throughout the community. These sessions are designed to be interactive and informative, covering essential topics such as the basics of pet care, understanding animal behavior, and the significance of spaying and neutering. Additionally, we highlight the critical role that NAWRC plays in the community, showcasing our various programs and initiatives aimed at improving animal welfare and promoting a cruelty-free society.

Through our outreach and educational programs, we not only raise awareness but also empower individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to make a positive impact on the lives of animals. By fostering a culture of empathy and responsible ownership, we hope to create a community where animals are treated with the care and respect they deserve.
